Maka Kikkai is an eccentric, highly energetic elementary school student who proudly views himself as a handsome boy living at the absolute peak of modern scientific civilization. Determined to make his everyday life as comfortable, luxurious, and convenient as possible, he relies on a constant stream of futuristic gadgets and bizarre inventions created by his brilliant father and his personal tutor, the eccentric Mashin Hakase. Unfortunately for everyone involved, these scientific marvels never work quite as intended, turning simple daily routines into chaotic disasters and hilarious city-wide ruckuses.
